We propose that each "Common House" be limited serving to 20 households.
So if there are 60 households we'd
have (3) pods and (3) common houses.
Perhaps one common house has a studio/workshop, one has shared offices (we're inspired by the Brooklyn Creative League), and one has childcare.
We can make accomodations if a member from one pod needs some aspect found in another pod.
Yes, we are dreaming big. Why not?
